정창재(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 12100: 1 to 100 Puzzle(이하 “서비스”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책을 준수하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.

1. 서비스 제공자

개발자는 일본을 주된 활동 기반으로 하여 서비스를 제공합니다.

2. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보

서비스에는 회원가입, 로그인 또는 사용자 계정 기능이 없으며, 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 서버나 백엔드도 없습니다.

서비스 이용을 위해 다음 정보가 이용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있습니다.

위 정보는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 원칙적으로 해당 기기에서만 처리됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 함께 삭제될 수 있고, 기기 변경·분실·초기화 시 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.

iOS 추적 권한

iOS에서는 필요한 경우 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한 요청 화면을 제공합니다. 이용자가 추적을 허용하지 않으면 서비스는 해당 선택을 존중하며, 앱과 다른 회사의 앱 또는 웹사이트를 연결하는 추적에 광고 식별자를 사용하지 않도록 요청합니다. 권한은 iOS 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

유럽 지역의 동의 관리

5. 인앱결제

“앱 공유” 기능은 운영체제의 기본 공유 화면을 호출합니다. 개발자는 이용자가 선택한 공유 대상이나 공유 결과를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 선택한 외부 앱 또는 서비스에는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 국외 처리

8. 보유 및 삭제

기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 이용자가 앱 또는 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 해당 데이터에 접근할 수 없으므로 이를 별도로 삭제하거나 복구할 수 없습니다.

Google, Apple 등 제3자가 처리하는 정보의 보유 및 삭제는 각 사업자의 정책에 따릅니다. 개발자에게 이메일로 문의한 경우, 문의 내용은 답변과 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 선택

이용자는 다음 방법으로 개인정보 및 광고 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.

개발자가 보유하지 않는 로컬 데이터나 제3자가 독립적으로 처리하는 정보는 개발자가 직접 열람·정정·삭제할 수 없습니다. 이 경우 해당 기기 또는 제3자 서비스에서 제공하는 설정과 절차를 이용해야 합니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 13세 미만의 아동을 주된 대상으로 제작된 아동 전용 서비스가 아닙니다. 거주 지역의 법률에 따라 개인정보 처리 또는 유료 구매에 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 이용자는 보호자의 동의를 받아 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.

개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인이 아동이 개발자에게 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단하는 경우 이메일로 연락하면 관련 내용을 확인하고 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.

鄭昌宰（英語表記：Jeong Changjae。以下「開発者」といいます。）は、モバイルパズルゲーム 12100: 1 to 100 Puzzle（以下「本サービス」といいます。）を利用する皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、関連法令およびプラットフォームのポリシーを遵守するため、本プライバシーポリシーを公表します。

1. サービス提供者

開発者は、日本を主たる活動拠点として本サービスを提供します。

2. 開発者が直接取得する個人情報

本サービスには、会員登録、ログインまたはユーザーアカウント機能がなく、開発者が運営する独自のサーバーまたはバックエンドもありません。

開発者は、本サービスを通じて、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報その他ユーザーが入力する個人情報を取得または保存しません。ただし、ユーザーが開発者にメールでお問い合わせをした場合、お問い合わせへの対応および返信のため、メールアドレスならびにメールに記載された内容を確認することがあります。

3. 端末内に保存される情報

本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、次の情報がユーザーの端末内に保存される場合があります。

これらの情報は、開発者が運営するサーバーには送信されず、原則として当該端末内でのみ処理されます。アプリまたはアプリデータを削除した場合、これらの情報も削除されることがあり、端末の変更、紛失または初期化の際には復元できない場合があります。

4. 広告サービスにより処理される可能性のある情報

本サービスは、バナー広告、インタースティシャル広告およびリワード広告を配信するため、Google AdMobを利用します。広告の配信、不正利用の防止、フリークエンシーキャップ、効果測定および関連法令の遵守のため、Googleおよびその広告パートナーが次の情報を処理する場合があります。

具体的な処理範囲および保存期間は、端末の設定、利用地域、同意内容、広告設定ならびにGoogleのポリシーによって異なる場合があります。Googleによる情報の取扱いの詳細は、次の文書をご確認ください。

iOSのトラッキング許可

iOSでは、必要に応じてApp Tracking Transparency（以下「ATT」といいます。）の許可画面を表示します。ユーザーがトラッキングを許可しない場合、本サービスはその選択を尊重し、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたぐトラッキングに広告識別子を使用しないよう求めます。許可設定は、iOS端末の設定から変更できます。

欧州地域における同意管理

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなど、同意が必要とされる地域では、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を通じて、広告目的の個人情報および端末内保存技術の利用に関する選択画面が表示される場合があります。ユーザーは、本サービス内で提供されるプライバシー設定または端末の関連設定から選択内容を管理できます。

5. アプリ内課金

本サービスは、広告削除商品またはゲーム内アイテムなどのデジタル商品を提供する場合があります。決済は、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのアプリ内課金システムを通じて処理されます。

開発者は、クレジットカード番号、銀行口座情報その他の決済手段に関する情報を直接取得または保存しません。AppleまたはGoogleは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従い、決済情報、取引情報およびアカウント情報を処理する場合があります。本サービスは、購入商品の提供または復元に必要な取引結果もしくは購入状態を端末内で確認し、保存する場合があります。

6. 端末の権限および共有機能

本サービスは現在、カメラ、マイク、正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真またはプッシュ通知へのアクセス権限を要求しません。

「アプリを共有」機能は、OS標準の共有画面を起動するものです。開発者は、ユーザーが選択した共有先または共有結果を取得しません。ただし、ユーザーが選択した外部アプリまたはサービスには、当該事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

7. 第三者提供および国外での処理

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を直接取得し、第三者に販売または提供することはありません。ただし、広告または決済機能の利用に伴い、Google、Appleおよびこれらのサービス提供者が、日本またはユーザーの居住国以外の国もしくは地域で情報を処理する場合があります。処理される情報の種類、目的、処理国および保存期間は、ユーザーの地域や設定、利用する広告・決済サービスおよび各事業者のポリシーによって異なる場合があります。これらの処理には、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよび適用法令が適用されます。

8. 保存および削除

端末内に保存されたゲームデータは、ユーザーがアプリまたはアプリデータを削除した際に削除される場合があります。開発者は当該データにアクセスできないため、個別に削除または復元することはできません。

Google、Appleその他の第三者が処理する情報の保存および削除については、各事業者のポリシーが適用されます。ユーザーが開発者にメールで問い合わせた場合、その内容は、回答および紛争対応に必要な期間保存した後、削除することがあります。ただし、関連法令により保存義務がある場合は、当該期間保存することがあります。

9. ユーザーの権利および選択

ユーザーは、次の方法によりプライバシーおよび広告に関する選択を管理できます。

開発者が保有していない端末内データまたは第三者が独自に処理する情報については、開発者が直接開示、訂正または削除することはできません。この場合、端末または該当する第三者サービスが提供する設定および手続をご利用ください。

10. 子どものプライバシー

本サービスは一般ユーザー向けのサービスであり、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象として設計された子ども向けサービスではありません。居住する国または地域の法令により、本サービスの利用、個人情報の処理または有料購入について親権者その他の法定代理人の同意が必要なユーザーは、その同意を得たうえで本サービスを利用してください。

開発者は、子どもの個人情報を認識しながら直接取得することはありません。親権者または法定代理人が、子どもが開発者に個人情報を提供したと判断した場合は、メールでご連絡ください。確認のうえ、必要な対応を行います。

11. 安全管理措置

開発者は、個人情報の直接取得を最小限にし、ゲームデータを端末内にのみ保存することで、プライバシーに関するリスクの低減に努めています。ただし、インターネット上の送信または電子的な保存方法について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。ユーザーは、端末のロックやOSの更新など、適切なセキュリティ対策を講じてください。

本サービスには、外部ウェブサイト、アプリストアまたは第三者サービスへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。これらのサービスには、本プライバシーポリシーではなく、各第三者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

The Developer provides the Service with Japan as the principal place of operation.

2. Personal Information Collected Directly by the Developer

The Service does not provide account registration or login functionality and does not use a separate server or backend operated by the Developer.

The Developer does not collect or store through the Service personal information entered by users, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, or location information. If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer may view the email address and information included in your message for the purpose of handling and responding to your inquiry.

iOS Tracking Permission

On iOS, the Service provides an App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) permission prompt where required. If you do not permit tracking, the Service respects that choice and requests that your advertising identifier not be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You may change this permission in your iOS device settings.

Consent Management in European Regions

In regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Service may present a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) regarding the use of personal information and device storage technologies for advertising. You may manage your choices through the privacy options made available in the Service or through relevant device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

The Service may offer digital products, such as an ad-removal product or in-game items. Payments are processed through the in-app purchase systems of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The Developer does not directly collect or store your card number, bank account information, or other payment method details. Apple or Google may process payment, transaction, and account information under their respective privacy policies and terms. The Service may verify and store on your device transaction results or purchase status necessary to deliver or restore purchased products.

6. Device Permissions and Sharing Feature

The Service currently does not request access to your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, photos, or push notifications.

The “Share the App” feature opens your operating system’s standard sharing interface. The Developer does not collect the recipient you select or the result of sharing. Any third-party app or service you choose for sharing is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties and International Processing

The Developer does not directly collect personal information for sale or disclosure to third parties. However, when advertising or payment functions are used, Google, Apple, and their service providers may process information in Japan or in countries other than your country of residence. The types of information, purposes, countries of processing, and retention periods may vary depending on your region, settings, the advertising or payment services used, and each provider’s policies. Such processing is governed by each provider’s privacy policy and applicable law.

8. Retention and Deletion

Game data stored on your device may be deleted when you delete the app or its data. Because the Developer cannot access this data, the Developer cannot separately delete or restore it.

Information processed by third parties such as Google and Apple is retained and deleted under their respective policies. If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer may retain the message for as long as necessary to respond and handle disputes, and then delete it. Information may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable law.

Users who, under the laws of their country or region, require consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, permit personal information processing, or make purchases must obtain such consent.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to the Developer, please contact the Developer by email so that appropriate action can be taken.
